A year ago today, we bought a Fiat Uno. We had requested that a reverse camera be installed in our vehicle, which at the time they had not told us that it would be installed in a workshop outside the agency. Our reverse camera started to get false after a month, where the screen would flicker on and off. We took it to the agency a couple of times for repair. On the second visit, we were told that the mirror where the screen was located was the problem. They were going to validate the guarantee with the workshop, which they did not tell us at first and they took the mirror while waiting for a replacement. This was in October 2019. Until today they have not been able to deliver the backup camera.
