The hotel is nice, simple but good for what it is. Unfortunately they assigned me the room that overlooks the avenue and there is a grill in the drain that sounds every time a car passes. And that for leaving later (I wanted to occupy an hour) they charge you another full night, the hotel being empty. That would go down like 2 stars.
They had no water in the jugs from the dispensers.
Very bad service, the girl at the counter super rude and only on the phone, when I asked her questions she answered reluctantly and with an aggressive face, on one occasion she threw the keys from the room on the counter and she did not tell me where my room was ... super rude and uneducated so common ... I will not return
