Lousy place I went the first day to cancel my card, the lady says that I have a negative balance and that I deposit why it cannot be canceled and that tomorrow I return I go the other day and the other executive says There is no movement in the account .. in 6 months it is canceled by itself ... I just hope the card is canceled.

Friendly people, although somewhat discriminatory if you go badly dressed, I had to see how a boy was returned because "it was too late" for his paperwork and when another lady went for the same process they passed without saying anything, his schedule is from Monday to Fridays close at 5 pm go before 4:30 if you want to spend with an executive (they are very slow to assist you) or before 4:50 if you go to the cashier, despite that it almost never fills up with people like other HSBC.

The window service is good although the attention time is usually long. I do not recommend this branch to carry out procedures with an executive since they are slow, they do not explain the terms of the contracts well and many services offered in other branches do not offer them here.

Good attention, the tellers are very friendly. Executives, on the other hand, usually take a long time to assist you.
