Personally I have had a terrible service in this branch, particularly with the staff at the window, they do not know what it is to have kindness with the client because it seems that they are doing me a favor by attending me and everything with an environment in which I feel that I am not you are welcome. In addition, most of the times I have gone to change dollars when the change is high and the bank does not benefit, suspiciously the system is always down. The best thing is to go to another branch, because spending here is a waste of time.
