They deserve 0 stars, it is a terrible service, their staff is rude and nefarious, coupled with the fact that they do not use face masks or masks, they do not have antibacterial gel, the first time I use it and it has been the worst experience. HORRIBLE.

I had to use this service since on other transport lines, the time of my destination was almost 4 hours apart compared to this one, SERIOUS CHOICE ON MY PART! I WOULD NEVER USE THIS LINE AGAIN! My experience at all times was SORRY, the staff in general serves you poorly (From ticket office @ s to drivers), their card payment terminal did not work, the unit was dirty and with trash under the seats, the bathroom without water and for Therefore, it gave off a very bad smell that flooded the entire bus, think a thousand times before choosing this transport line.
