The drivers charge additional fees, I wanted to take a small bike and I even took it apart to take up little space and they charged me $ 200. I wanted to pay at the ticket office with a card and they replied: no, this is separate, it is for the driver. They do not comply with their policy of 25kg per ticket. 😤
