The care provided in the CER area is excellent, I received a dignified, kind, humane, empathic treatment, what more can I say if only my recovery was fast. I greatly appreciate all the staff who work there since I never received or saw a long face when attending to us Let's not fall into bad comments that are on the networks, on the contrary the workers are very good. They allow you to make a video call every other day which helps you to be in contact with your family members and that greatly helps you to recover. They give your relatives the information clear and at the right time every day. It is only a matter of being empathetic when waiting for reports from the large number of people who are interned. In general a quality service !!

The page has a number that does not exist, you go to the clinic they do not fill your full prescription, they only give you a number to dial and ask when the medicine arrives and they never answer, to reschedule appointments the same thing happens they give you another number dial several times all day and they never respond that's not a question of the pandemic that's a matter of poor hospital management or people who don't want to work

They should pay more attention to what people are saying, especially about their staff. I cannot believe that in a pandemic, their staff does not come to consciousness. They are the first to be on the sidelines.
