The Raúl Silva Cervantes park was inaugurated on March 04, 2009 during the Administration of Lic Ma del Carmen Cantón C. in the lower part of the old town of Boca del Monte, Veracruz. Municipality of Comapa. It is a small space dedicated to the childhood of Boca del Monte and in honor of Maestro Raúl Silva, who was dedicated to education in that place for approximately 30 years. Very close to there is the elementary school where he worked, the kindergarten that he helped found and the secondary school where he worked until his death. He also worked in Comapa in the Company of Professor Baltazar Mejía, and in Pochote Nuevo.
