My experience with red pack was not disastrous, it is somewhere in between. How did I get there? Well, a phone I bought from the telecommunications company #movistar with an own brand of cell phones "Bmobile" because it came out defective and after several heated discussions with its customer service they chose to send my cell phone to their laboratory, that was my first experience with Red pack, where a very friendly lady attended me and I took the entire procedure to send my phone, the second experience was when the cell phone arrived at my home with the box somewhat battered and the driver of the delivery route not pleasant. My third experience in that same week was when the cell phone that was sent to me for replacement returns to failures having to take it back to the red pack where I was attended by a young man who was not friendly and a valedriver in his work. The fourth was when I had to go to my cell phone to take place (in the same parcel office) and I had to wait half an hour outside the premises because it was their meal time, (I had not even 2 minutes that it had started and the staff was inside, I could see them through the glass door of the establishment) because it bothered me a lot because they did not attend me quickly if they were still inside the establishment, that is not to think about customer satisfaction. In conclusion, red pack is regular and Movistar has very bad guarantees with its introductory models, better hire ATNT #atnt. RG
