Total Snorkel Cancun

It was Really great experience! We took a reef snorkeling tour. The organization of the tour was clear , helpful and and very friendly staff! Especially I want to mention our nice guide Monica!! She talked with us all the way, but the main thing! She constantly helped me to snork, because I do not swim well. They have a life buoy on the boat, I held on to it. We had such a great service only here! Many thanks

Jorge was a professional and friendly guide. Very knowledgeable and safety conscience especially with our children. Also with choppy weather we were offered a refund or rebooking to maximize our experience. The entire staff wants you to enjoy the tour. Pictures are pricey but also priceless. The photographer swims with you and captures the photos that you would only wish to capture yourself. I know this from experience! The transportation is also clean and efficient. I would recommend Total to anyone Thanks to the entire team!

Great excursion! My boyfriend and I did the 3 in 1 (snorkel, parasail, and jet ski) and it was a great way to spend the morning. Monica who was our guide did an awesome job, along with Jorge who was the photographer. I can't remember our captains name but he was awesome as well! Even found us a turtle while snorkeling. The only small critique I have is that they move you from activity to activity rather fast, so be ready to hit the ground running. Additionally, the picture package was extremely expensive and overpriced. Nonetheless, a great time was had by all and I would definitely recommend this excursion.

Total Snorkel was the highlight of our trip. Everybody was so friendly and we had a blast. I recommend purchasing the photos from the snorkeling trip. The price seems steep at first glance but they have an incredibly talented photographer who blew away the shots I took with my phone in a waterproof case. We got about 100 photos which they emailed to us. If I come back to Cancun in the future I will be back here again!

I wasn't very satisfied with this tour company.. The instructor Robert talked a little too much for my liking. I wanted to enjoy the scenery. The spots they took us were medicore at best. The Reef the jungle tour took us on was much more vibrant and had much more variety. We also got a bundle with jet skis and had to wait almost 40 minutes to get our skis once we got back. Won't be coming back here.
