Ferris Wheel Cancun

So much fun!!! We had a blast!!

The views were gorgeous. The operations side needs improvement, staff was bickering about whos job is whos and cared more about talking to each other. The windows in the cart needed to be cleaned and were sticky and full of smudges.

If you want to maximize the view, do it before it's dark. Otherwise, you won't see the water

Terrible customer service. The employees are very misinformed. Paid for three tickets. My kid became very afraid and decided not to go. We never even entered the place. I had literally just paid for the ticket a couple of minutes before. They refused to return my money. They flat out stole US$45 from me.
