Worth the extra mile! I don't know what's wrong with bakeries throughout Cancun, but this is quite probably the only non-industrial bakery in Cancun that truly has an excellent taste throughout its baked goods. A true gourmet would complain about the thin crust of the French buns served at this bakery, but never about the flavour or texture. I think that the local market prefers them as soft as if they were burger buns. Besides, French buns is the true specialty of every supermarket bakery, so you could fairly go elsewhere for your white bread and come back here for all the rest. Prepare for a bit of a wait: I've never seen the place empty. Furthermore, they don't truly have a closing time: they close when they run out off bread, which happens around 9pm.

The breads are very rich

Their bread is very rich, especially the ham and cheese puff pastry, the bad thing is that it ends quickly

The rich bars, the very rich sweet bread, puff pastry and Philadelphia cheese balls of the best ... the attitude of the lady who attends, ps ... well, one goes to buy bread, not to make friends 😅
