Was a relatively cheap way to get around. Downside is that can't find schedules online or pre-purchase tickets days in advance. Best was to figure it out was to ask locals if you speak Spanish. Buses were clean and staff were friendly.

They are really clean busses.. Though sometimes they advertise sale prices and then charge you something different. You can buy food inside or a vendor that comes on the bus. The offer a bit of wifi, Spanish movies and music. It's nice to not drive and usually decent prices!

ADO customer service is great until you forget something on the bus. Don't forget something on the bus. I have done several rides. All were good except for a smaller vans which had to have had its shocks out since the it bouncing up and down

Busy and clean. They are very conscious of the Covid19 mandates. Spaced seating. Make sure you reserve the higher priced rides because they are the large roomy buses. The economy is the shuttle van option. We'll be back. 🤗🤗🤗🤗

The ticket counters are well organized and it makes very easy and quick to buy your tickets. There are some restaurants inside to eat something while you wait for the bus to come
