Total ripp-off. They want to charge you 25USD (ONLY USD and ONLY in cash) for a single ride. If you drive to Puerto Juarez by bus (which will be 12 Pesos) and then go to the big Ultrmar ticket office it will be just 15 USD (300 Pesos) RETURN. You could also go to Playa Tortugas where Ultrmar operates too. But DO NOT go to these little travel office or what it is and buy your tickets there.

Ripoff. DO NOT reserve your Isla Mujeres golf cart here. They charge $55. When you pay, he takes the money, and gives you an envelope to give to the rental location. The envelope contains a receipt and 750 pesos which is the actual rate. They pocket 200 pesos. Book when you go to the island. They also charge you $24 for the crossing when it's actually $21.
