Booked a 12.15pm bus to Cancun... Hasn't showed up after an hour. Staff says 'it shows up when it does'. Not sure if I'm waiting another 5 minutes or another hour for it to show... If you have any specific schedule to follow, allow for good time. Take the website as "recommendation" hours only.

I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth the ticketing process went, as well as the comfort and cleanliness of the bus. A very inexpensive and easy way to travel between Playa del Carmen and the Cancun airport. I will definitely travel with ADO when I return.

This is bad Management & C.S. - Can pay Credit in Cancun AirP. To P.D. Carmen but expensive w.\ a Fixed Fee 11USD (In Web can find many prices until 4$ only). Or, go to Cancun then Playa by ADO / Mini Collectivo Bus will save 50%.
