BD Experience

My wife and I just returned from Cancun where we had airport transportation to/from the airport to the JW Marriott. I would like to start by recommending BD Experience for this type of service. They are very friendly, helpful, and the vehicles are 12 person vans, I think, very well maintained, extremely clean, with videos of services they offer playing along with soft comforting music during your trip. I usually expect basic service with adequate transportation, however BD Experience exceeded my expectations and would use them again in the future. Great Job!!

We had a great experience with BD! We had paid for private transportation through our WestJet vacation package, and they were there waiting for us when we landed. They were extremely friendly and enthusiastic, great with our 4 kids. The vehicles were sanitized, everyone was masked, and the ride to and from the airport was very comfortable. We'd use them again for sure.

Terrible company. Do not book with. Shame on westjet for even supporting/ recommending this company. Would give less than 1 star if possible. Find a different tour company for any of your travel/adventure experiences. Would never recommend

Find a different company, they allowed people without masks in the van during covid-19, poor communication and always tried to upsell additional services for overpriced pricetags.

Me and my husband signed up with Albatros Catamaran through Costco BDExperience advisor Daniela @ Fiesta American Condesa, the ship and the Crew are fine but going to the Island does not worth it. It's a very bad place to go, The water is not clear like the water in Cancun at all, also the food is okay. The fruits were warm!! :(, the beach was and not clean and very crowded so we have to ware our masks. When we talked to the travel advisory that we are disappointed and we want to leave early the answer was " either wait another hour and return with our boat or take a taxi to the ferry" It is so bad to feel that you are trapped!! Going to the island is waste for time and money, just stay in your hotel in Cancun. No social distancing & Very unsafe COVID environment on the beach and at the restaurant. Don't waste your money on such a trip. Dogs swimming in the water and empty coconuts are on the beach and in the water.
