ÓLEO Cancun Playa All Inclusive Boutique Resort

Hands down the best experience I’ve had at any resort. We stayed here after a long and stressful few days of cancelled flights due to weather back home. Right away I felt I was able to relax once we arrived. Rudy got us all settled in and took excellent care of us when we arrived. From there the stay just kept getting better. The beds and linens were super comfortable, the AC worked great and the rooms were huge. The hotel property was beautiful and the staff was wonderful and attentive. Will was an amazing bartender and took exceptional care of us at the swim up and lobby bar. All the food we had was excellent but I have to highly recommend the Japanese restaurant and they cheesecake! We had the best service and experience there thanks to Juan, Marcelino, Evelyn and Alejandro! Do yourself a favor and go ahead and book here!

Stayed here for a week and it was phenomenal! The staff is kind and makes your stay personal. They offer a variety of things to eat and drink. The rooms have everything you need and they stock the fridge everyday. If you go be on the look out for Ray! He was so kind and took care of my sister and I during our stay and even put a word in with the other staff for her birthday since it was his day off. I’ll definitely be staying here again!

We had a wonderful time at this AI. Staff and food were great! Rooms were clean and nice. Location is great! Our favorite evening restaurant was the oriental one. Will definitely go back again!

The good: 1. Great staff 2. Location 3. Top tier food 4. Ocean and Beach 5. Hot tub 5. Nice modern rooms What could be better: 1. The room doors don't have dampers and always slam 2. The gym has too much equipment crammed into it. 3. Non-potable water in the rooms.

This all inclusive resort is not 4 stars. It’s an old hotel with not a lot of options for food. It’s very small. The one bar that they have closes at 10:30pm. No entertainment during the day, at night they would have a singer for an hour. You will have to go to the office to get a beach towel not at the pool where it says towels. (Annoying). They will ask (push) you to go for a day at atelier playa mujeres their sister hotel. They do not warn you that you will have to attend a 3 hour tour before you can enjoy any of the amenities. They push you to buy something similar to a timeshare. The only positive thing about this hotel is that the staff is super friendly. This hotel is not worth more than $60 a night- do not pay more.
