Courtyard by Marriott Cancun Airport

We stayed here for one night before having to catch an early morning flight out of Cancun. We had taken the ADO bus from Merida to the airport. We called the hotel for a shuttle pickup and the driver was there in 15 minutes and it was a 10 minute ride back to the hotel. Check in was quick and easy, our room was small but clean, the bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water in the shower. The restaurant was decent although the food was expensive for Mexico. it was a decent place to stay and easy to get to and from the airport. I'd stay here again

This hotel is closed for renovation. They automatically rebook at the Fairfield Inn next door. You don't know about it unless you notice the casual mention on the hotel's webpage; there's no mention of it during the booking process or on the confirmation email. You get to the airport and you call the hotel number and the shuttle number and there's no answer. A kind person at the airport let me know to call Fairfield instead.

We checked in for one night, and when we entered our room, it was already used by other guests... so we had to go back and change room. The facilities are very much outdated... but we didn’t have high hopes for the airport hotel, but still. Little extra details would make a very big difference like little spoons for the coffee and a little vanity kit like Q-tips etc. The restaurant though was very good! We had the tacos and the grilled asparagus and it was very tasty, and our waiter was super!

Nice hotel near the airport. Staff is nice and shuttle to the airport is super convenient. The room was recently updated. The TV is a massive 55" for a room this size. Unfortunately the TV's are locked so you can't change the input, but the staff was awesome and brought us a remote so we could watch our own content. Gym is pretty good for a hotel gym.

I stayed at this hotel on a transfer between locations after landing at the airport. I had called in advance to arrange a shuttle, but when I landed it was not there. 40+ minutes later after calling the hotel several times it arrived. I received a food and drink coupon as a Bonvoy loyalty member, and when it came time to renew it they argued with me and didn't want to accept it, saying they had never seen it before. The room was dated, dark and gloomy, and extremely loud. Every noise from the hallway could be heard including a 2:30 AM room service call and early morning staff conversations at 6AM. If you're looking for a good night's sleep or welcoming experience, look elsewhere.
