COMMUNITY SERVICE : To the whole community, I strongly recommend that you DO NOT RENT IN THIS PLACE, CAR RENTAL AMERICA, NOR AT THE NATIONAL LEVEL OR AT AN INTERNATIONAL LEVEL. A month ago I rent a car with one of its subsidiaries that is ECONOCARTENTAL and they do not return the deposit yet I hope everyone can see this. If they do this to mexicans can do it Whit anyone

I PUT A STAR BECAUSE YOU CANNOT ZERO! We have come from Tulum and it turns out that even when Google says that they are open from 10 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. when we get here a lady tells us that they are not coming to the office, what about trying to shop around on a Tuesday or Thursday and see if we are lucky to find someone. And of course, since they never answer the phone, we couldn't find out before making the trip. INEPT!

Poor attention and zero intention to help. Do not waste your time .. They only give you pen and give you the address of the external website. Nor do you try to call on the phone .. they never answer ..

They never answer the phone, whenever I go they can never answer me. It's not the first time. Hopefully they can solve the treatment of people. By the way the hours they have is very short.
