Excellent! My husband and I stayed here and it was perfect. Worth every dollar. The service was incredible! The food was amazing, cleaning services were always great. Beautiful views and restaurants. I highly recommend! You will feel spoiled and relaxed :)

Diana out entertainment director(if that’s what her title is) and Benjamin( entertainment director) we’re amazing at the pool each day! With the limited capacity they made sure everyone was involved and no one felt left out! I absolutely love them!

The best place to stay for vacation! This place has the cutest suites/rooms, and the bell boys, cleaners, waiters/waitresses, and all who work here truly do their best to make your experience amazing. Love my time here with my wife, and I plan on coming again!

Stayed here in November of 2018 for our first trip to Mexico. After just staying at a different resort, we realized how amazing TRS truly was. We are now looking into other locations of TRS for our honeymoon!!!

Another 5 star experience at TRS! We have been staying at the Grand Palladium every year for over 10 years. We have stayed at other resorts in Mexico but TRS truly is a step above all of the others. The property is beautiful, the staff are phenomenal and food and drink are top notch! We have met so many wonderful staff: Butlers - Jessica, Luis, Oscar Servers - Martha, Daniel, Ramiro, Wendy Bartenders: Marcos, Jesus, Jose, Luciana, and Ariana just to name a few. The review would not be complete without mentioning Celia who over the years has kept us smiling and laughing and we consider family. We have also met guests that are now our lifelong friends. We truly feel like it is our second home. In regards to Covid protocol, we felt completely safe...more safe than at home. All the staff wore masks at all times and tables were distanced. I’m so grateful that we were able to get away during these stressful times and can’t wait to return!!
