The machines are in excellent condition, personally had many years without exercise and the instructor asks for 5 sets of 20 repetitions that despite being small weights can injure a novice (almost happens to me), now I do 3 sets of 10 12 like in the old school and all good. The intensity is for an adapted body, you have to have patience.

The gym is very good, very complete, but that of nutritionist ... at least no one is presented as such, much less could they give a feeding cue if with jobs they want one to dress up those who call themselves coaches only for girls who they like me they just gave me a routine the first day, the second hardly, and the third day I do not know who is the thinnest of them is the most despotic who does not even say hello better, he turns his back on me with a bad face. Pity, I wish the owner would realize and do something about it because there is a lot of competition to lose people.
