We had to come here to file a police report as our cell phones were stolen. We had to wait hours to fill out a small document. That was not the issue though. They charged us about $400 mxn pesos to file the police report. I don't think this is the right thing to do as it should be a public service. It's been a year, and we still haven't received the phone back. I'm not holding my breath, but we got an alert from apple several months after the incident and the phone was active in a military base on the Mexico / Belize border. Thanks!

Es necesario llevar abogado, de lo contrario aunque te reciban la demanda lo más probable es que no se resuelva

Arrives at 9am and there were hardly any people for processing the letter of no criminal record, maybe two in a row. You can pay directly here without having to go to a bank and so you save the commission. I do not know if the application I downloaded from the Internet is already outdated that the arrival I requested two passport-size photographs and the only application indicates that it requires. Also on the requirements of the application they ask for proof of residency and a birth certificate which not me asked at the counter. In the same window you can take the picture because they have this free service just that in my case the photographer arrived about 9:25 about, I had to wait a while.
