Ladrón de Guevara Animal Clinic

We are so impressed with the Ladrón de Guevara Animal Clinic. We adopted a precious rescue in April 2020. We soon discovered she had multiple health issues, one of which was quite serious. The Ladrón de Guevara Animal Clinic was very responsive and quickly got to the root cause and treatment. Everyone at the clinic has been knowledgeable and professional. Dr. Ladrón is incredibly experienced and knowledgeable, and has quickly and expertly diagnosed a complex condition. We highly recommend this clinic, and are so grateful for everything they have done for us and for our precious rescue!

I am sorry to say that I don't have much good to say about this clinic. I took in two street dogs in very dire health. One stayed for one night and had a tumor cut off her leg, she was an older girl but no tests were done, just the removal of the tumor and then released back to me. 15000 pesos!! The other had severe food poisoning and needed to stay 2 nights, she had hydration and an IV, nothing more. 12000p . Unfortunately they didn't think twice about charging me outrageously because I am an expat.

I have 5 cats. I have brought 2 of them to Dr Ladron. My 12yr old cat Nelson was very skinny and had bad diarrhea. With Dr Ladron's care Nelson is like a new cat. I like the fact that he has the facilities to do a complete blood work right there. He diagnosed both my cats right away. He and his staff are very helpful and friendly. Now that those 2 cats are straightened away I'll be bringing in the other 3 for their check ups.

My cat became suddenly ill on a Saturday night. I called the emergency number and Dra. Alejandra told us to right in. She did a great job taking care of him and even took him home with her overnight to observe him. Prices were very reasonable for the care we got. I’m a retired CVT so I really appreciated her care. Finny is fully recovered.

Great service! Spanish/English speaking. Very professional. Compared to U.S., great prices. Our dog is in great hands.
