Clean, well-priced, friendly spa. We visited in November and had massages. We will be back in Cancun tomorrow. This time we will bring our daughters along to the spa for some treatments. You really cannot beat the price for the services here. The staff is well trained and friendly. Facility is clean. Don't pay the high prices at your hotel spa. Looking forward to booking a visit this week.

I stayed in one of the nearby hotels where spa services are more expensive than in the states. I saw this small spa and booked 80 min holistic massage. Let me tell you, Norma was amazing. She has magical touch. I am not afraid to say this but this was the best massage I have had in my life. I went back next day for another session with her. And I would go back again and again but I had to leave back home. It is not a fancy spa you may be used to. Simple, clean place. I don’t care about fancy sheets and decor. I care about massage. Norma worked 80 min exactly. It’s not like in the American spas where you don’t get the full time massages because they take off the time for undressing/dressing. I will definitely be back if I am in Cancun again.

Went in for a couples massage. Olga and Raquel did an amazing job! Very relaxing experience. There is a shower if you've just come off the beach. Very clean and fantastic customer service!

If you have a chance to be there for a massage- make an appointment with Esmeralda. She is an AMAZING therapist. I've had many massages all over the world, and this was one of the BEST ones.

My wife and I spent half a day at Bamboo, receiving a multitude of services. Massages, scrubs, wraps, facials, manicures, etc. The staff was wonderful! Eder took care of me while Jessica took care of my wife! They were consummate professionals, maintaining a quiet, peaceful presence during the massages and scrubs/wraps, then personable and communicative during the other services. Their English, while not 100% perfect, was 100 times better than our poor Spanish. Delia at reception was most helpful as we negotiated appointment times and services via email prior to our arrival in Cancun, and then was so gracious when some of our other bookings changed and we needed to reschedule. Everyone was so nice and gracious! If we're ever in Cancun again, we'll be visiting Bamboo Spa again!
