William was awesome to work with!! The Brocksmiths Thank you! They provided everything we wanted to do in Cancun and provided transportation!!! Amazing!!! A bit over priced but who cares we were on Vacation!!!! Parasail was only 60$ each and Xel-ha was $110 each food & drinks were included. The Catarman WAS THE BEST!!! 300$ USD for 3 people and we did some snorkeling and seen Isla Mujeres.. Thank you Trafictours for making a dream a reality!!

We arrived at the airport to find out they didn't have our confirmation from the hotel even though we had an email confirmation stating our pick up time and had to wait another 30 min for a driver to arrive. We then booked our excisions through them since they were located at our resort and initial agent charged incorrectly and gave us a refund ticket, and still haven't received refund and we also did the whale shark tour to which we didn't see any and were promised a refund which we had to ask about every day about until we left and still waiting for our refund. Followed up twice via email and still have not heard back. It would have also been significantly cheaper to book the tours online directly with the excision company and wouldn't honor that price. I would not recommend using them at all and not worth the headache.

Booked a "swim with sea turtles adventure" and have been sitting here for over an hour. Can't reach anyone at trafictours. Beyond frustrated. From what I'm reading, it's either great, or you just get blown off. That's what's happening to me as I write this review 🤬🤬

These guys were horrible! We booked them thru DeltaVacations and they left us stranded in Mexico without a return trip! We ended up having to take a taxi because our contact, Alehandro, was upset that we didnt book excursions through him, so he decided to punish us by not booking our return trip home. Wow!!

Was a little worried about transport from reading reviews but they were great. No problems at all.
