Paradise Transfers

I have used Paradise on a number of occasions going between the airport in Cancun and Playa del Carmen. They are ALWAYS there when I arrive, they grab my bags for me and make it an enjoyable experience. They accommodate any special request you might have.....graciously! I highly recommend them.

I will be using this company all the time. I found out about them on TravelWiki Page for Tulum. It was the only transport option that used What’s App, which is very convenient for texting and calling. They took us (1) from Canun Airport to Tulum, (2) then a week later they picked us up from Tulum and took us to Cancun’s hotel zone, (3) and a week after that they took us to the airport. Also, Our arriving flight was delayed at the gate for 90 minutes and they waited for us. I was able to text the company. Miguel was waiting for us with a sign. The driver provided us with hand sanitizer and santized the seats as well. He was also super sweet and informative. I will use them every time I come to Mexico and recommend. I like the fact that they have low prices and you can text via What’sApp, and also because they waited 90 minutes for us.

We have used this company numerous times and they are extremely professional, punctual, and accommodating. We will continue to use. They arw also very easy to reach via Instagram....fast responses every time. I highly recommend!

We have been using the services of Paradise Transfers for the past four years going back and forth from the US to our home south of Cancun, QR. and have always experienced excellent, responsive and timely communications and service. Initially we tried other services that failed dramatically in comparison to Paradise's level of service and responsiveness. Drivers have been bi-lingual and are always extremely courteous and professional! Our safety and comfort has always been their primary concern, and they've never failed in delivering.
