The worst service I've ever received in my life, they don't give you any information. Appalling. Appalling.

Excellent attention

terrible service, they bring me back and forth and do not solve anything, apart from making the client wait while they attend other things with which they interrupt, lack of professionalism.

Terrible service in executives area. One person waited 3 hours to be attended. The executives are frequently interrupted by other procedures and the people we are waiting with a file number are still waiting, the client's time is not being respected!

They need to improve a little
