You need to be answered by telephone and soon transferred to busy ..... I have more than a month and a half that I requested an additional one of my card and to date I am still waiting for it ..... Annoyance is inevitable.

The attention is very good, the cashier who attended me, very friendly, the number of customers in the line does not compare with other banks, progress quite quickly. I am not a bank customer. It would not bother me to become your customer if the service is always like this.
