Grim, understaffed, high demand, and they do nothing to improve. 1 practice and always fail. It's a nightmare going to that bank. I am going to force it because it is the third bank of my work and I have to go but if it were up to me I would never go there.

The service was already terrible before the pandemic but now I cannot believe the existing inefficiency in the service, I was inside the facilities and only one executive was attending and two executives were talking without performing any service regardless of the people inside and outside the facilities. It took two and a half hours to be attended to, I went to the director to talk about it and she commented that surely the other executives had technical problems when clearly it was not like that, I do not understand why have so many executive spaces if only one will be attending! It is a lousy bank, a lousy service, I would not give a single Star, they should copy or be reflected in the other banks which are really going to work and provide an efficient service.
