No appointments and very late in phone service

The lady who is in module 5 is very unfriendly and rude, it is understood that she is not obliged to answer questions, but her treatment leaves much to be desired. I had to go twice, and for everything else very well. The rest of the employees are friendly and very efficient. The organization within the office is very good and the sanitary measures corresponding to this situation are followed. Excellent service!

I've been trying to schedule an appointment for weeks, I've also tried to communicate and they never answer, the service is poor, they should update their dating page, since it is useless, it always appears without availability. They need updating and have phone numbers that have real utility.
