My favorite crossfit gym in Mexico so far. The equipment is pretty good, and the space is excellent. The crowd is a normal mix of people, so you shouldn't be intimidated if you are new. The instructors are good, but if you are an experienced cross-fit athlete, you might not learn a lot. Overall a great place to train.

Great location to workout and get a CrossFit WOD in. Near the city center. The owners are every helpful and welcoming. If you're new they are happy to teach you from the start how to complete the workouts.
