In COVID times, the hospital was very clean with supplies to wash hands, the staff extremely friendly. Thank you!

Bad experience. Very bad attention. They deal with the tip of the foot. Dirty in the facilities where at least I was (emergency). I hope it improves a lot.

This image is of the bathroom located in the emergency room, between 5:00 pm and it was like that, I spoke to a nurse and she said that they would clean it after 5 HOURS I went and IT WAS SAME AS MARRANOS! The medical staff are friendly and do their best even with the shortcomings they sometimes face; quite the opposite of the administrative, inefficient and disorganized staff that sometimes is even rude and arrogant. All the time they bring you around because they themselves forget details and documents that you must present, they never answer the phones that provide you with information and anyway you have to go directly to the hospital to find out that the medication has not yet arrived or they have been canceled appointments, which can be repeated for several days.
