Hospital H + Querétaro

I have had wonderful experiences with 2 surgeons @ the Queretaro site and at the San Miguel site - Dr Paris Xilotl and Dr Obaldia and Zeledon so I was very surprised by my recent experience with the Laboratory dept at SMA. I needed some very specialized tests, detailed on lab factura #SM-22010. The listed my electrolytes charge,the complete blood count charge, but for the specialized HIV test the only described as CLINICAL ANALYSIS. This was a factura I told Brenda, lab secretary, that was for INSURANCE REIMBURSEMENT. Of course, my insurance company sent back a letter saying that the would have to explain "CLINICAL ANALYIS" since this was not really the names of any recognizable tests. 4 phone calls and 5 VISITS to the lab, I was told that they could not give me a corrected bill nor even a letter of explanation! I even showed them a correct bill for these tests from their lab dated March 3, 2014 Factura # SM-11362. WHAT KIND OF PATIENT SERVICE IS THAT? I am out over $3000 pesos because of this and got my insurance's request 2 days ago. If you want the SMA Clinica Tec to work, you are certainly going to have to improve your customer service! I need these specialized tests repeated every 3 months - is this what I am to expect from Clinica Tec 100 SMA lab? If so, I will take my business and referrals elsewhere. This is NO WAY to establish your wonderful hospital system in SMA! Terrible service, you arrive at the "emergency room" and it takes you a minimum of an hour for them to only take your data and not to mention the lack of service of women who are admitted to patients. Apart from that they handle health insurance the way they want. I do not recommend it at all because if you really have an emergency, they do not treat you.

Terrible rhinoplasty service in Queretaro, they left me very bad after 2 operations, it is not good at all, the doctors are terrible k they are not plastic surgeons and they do things that only a plastic should do. Beware of those mercenaries who profit from people's health, do not expose your life at the expense of these unscrupulous people and on top of that they are already sued and continue to destroy faces, even their face closed with so many bad reputations

Terrible service they send you from one place to another Even if it is an emergency and you arrive at the admission area and you have to wait a long time so that the ladies do not have the politeness to say hello and as they attend you they answer you reluctantly you tell them that you have . Some insurance for medical expenses and they don't want to make it valid for the exit of the parking lot they send you aside. To another and if you want to pay to get out faster, the payment machine does not work. The only person cv with education is the policeman who takes the temperature very kind sir. THE HOSPITAL FOR NOTHING RECOMMENDED.

Very bad experience in this place, they take too long to perform an analysis and their prices are misleading, they do not say well that if a particular anesthesiologist is needed (because here in the hospital they say that they do not have on the shift) they will charge their fees and all the extra material aside, a total robbery and extremely long, almost an hour to put the list of material that was needed for an anesthesia and that we were the only ones in the imaging area, that without counting the bad treatment of the staff, nurses and administrative people. I really don't recommend it, high prices, bad attention, bad facilities. There is no more to say.
