Hospital Río de Luz

I have been trying to make an appointment with the gynecologist for 3 days and every time I call they tell me that they are in that in 10 min they call me back and nothing. Apparently they only have one gynecologist and he's never reached. If you never have time for a basic consultation to follow up on a pregnancy or you cannot be reached! I already imagine myself in childbirth !!! It was my first option since it is close to me but I see that it is useless. I will look for another side.

In a very good place, the times that we have had a non-serious emergency they are super understanding, kind and prescribe drugs that really do their job.

Terrible service, they charged me more than two thousand pesos just for taking my son for a cure and two points. They charged me for unrealistic things, stay in the emergency room, consultation, suture equipment, healing, three points when there were only two, plus they asked me to sign the process before filling it out, surely they accommodate the process at will

I went to ask about the 24 hour service and they indicated that sometimes they have doctors and sometimes they don't. Then they indicated that it was not certain that they could attend to my emergency, if necessary.
