StarMedica is a modern private hospital staffed with a great team of doctors and nurses. The rooms are spacious and designed to make you feel at home. It looks and feels like a condo, I have never been in a hospital where you have all the amenities like a high end hotel room.

Good service at Emergencia. Reception can be more friendly

Its Covid diagnosis area leaves a lot to be desired; I have been waiting 3 hours for a covid positive patient to be treated, inside the machine room of the hospital that they enabled for this service and that looks more like a wind tunnel. During these 3 hours no one has come out to ask about the status of the patients. Only patients enter and leave the only care module there is. Potentially infected patients. So if you come for a diagnosis and you did not have Covid, surely here it gives you.

Due to a series of unfortunate events, I ended up in the emergency room of this hospital together with my boyfriend. I just want to thank and acknowledge the excellent work of Elioveth, Angie and Álvaro who made this complicated experience a little more bearable for us. This is what good customer service looks like!

They are failing me, it has taken me three consecutive days, to make an appointment and ask for the cost of clinical analysis, they only pass the reception ball to laboratory and image and admon. And they leave you hanging on the phone, pure pretext, ahhhh but that if their reviews are very full. It is not worth that they play with our time.
