This mall is the largest one in Querétaro. It offers many different shops and the restaurant's are excellent. I went with my wife a few days ago to go window shopping and get something to eat. However due to the pandemic we were met with Security at the entrance. We were informed that only one member from each family were allowed entrance. Of course we were upset. My wife was not going to enjoy her dinner while I was outside waiting in the car. We complied with our face masks but we were not the only ones that were not happy with this protocol. We left and haven't returned.

Almost imposible to find the place you are looking for. They have a computer system, yo look up your location but they are turn off. To verify your parking ticket. The have only one place, otherwise you have to pay for your whole stay. why not place one in each door where you need to pay? The largest mall in Latinoamérica, you think they can get their act. together. It is time for México to entre the 21 century .

Getting back to the covered parking lot was a nightmare. We must have walked a mile looking for the proper exit. No signage!

Good mall for a weekend spend, C&A & H&M are best for dress shopping with moderate price.

It’s probably still the best mall in Mexico. 🤷🏽‍♂️
