Fractionation with high risk of flooding since the water has no outlet and it already suffered the worst flooding last year due to the lack of maintenance on the riverbank and the negligence of officials for not warning in advance of the release of an edo dam. Mex. and also because nothing has been done to the river cleaning all the weeds that dragged and demolished the flood, being now more susceptible to flooding again, MUNICIPAL NEGLIGENCE
