The place is unhelpful. It is dusty, poorly organized and full of badly parked cars. Unfortunately it is the place where you have to go if you are fined on the road by state police. In this place there is also the civil registry and other offices. The bathrooms are stinky and in poor condition. There are no stores nearby, so a candy machine. The collection boxes are terribly slow.
