Very good service. Quick! Of course, if you have an appointment and you bring everything you need. Remember to bring your payment in advance and the municipal payment is made right there on the day of your appointment.

Passport renewal. The process is extremely fast, they are super friendly and follow all the security protocols for COVID19. What I did not know and luckily I came with cash (I do not know if this is in all the municipalities of the country) is that a fee of 390 pesos must be paid for doing the procedure in the municipality and not in the office of the state of Querétaro. Ah! and the office is in the plaza candiles, I don't know why Maps sends you behind the plaza.
