Many of the procedures and departments are without service due to the covid. Except passport. For the passport area, and attention to the public, there is not so much pandemic or danger. I imagine that those who are not working are without pay.

The process is very fast, I present myself in advance as the appointment is marked and at that moment, good attention, I think they have plenty of capacity to attend more people, since they are alone, there are more people outside waiting for their relatives than inside doing the process
