The people who often carry out immigration procedures appreciate the effort they have made to make the procedures faster. I entered my permanent resident procedure and the same day I signed, put fingerprints and obtained the card. The page has been updated and they did not ask me for anything that did not appear there, unlike other times that you have to go over and over again. They can improve by providing information over the phone and not asking one to attend just for information. Besides, they should enable online procedures. Lastly, I received kind treatment.

With its new, larger headquarters, they offer better service, the employees are attentive and friendly, the procedures can be done easily, it has bathrooms in excellent conditions and places to sit to wait for the turn, it may seem delayed but it is due to the great number of people who come daily
