Great service, people willing to learn and go out of way to make sure customers are satisfied. Great views!

Clean and comfortable. A bit far from the airport but close to the bus station.

A truly 5 star experience!! The service from every staff member was truly grand. My room included the breakfast buffet. I had to depart before the buffet was open. With a long travel day ahead of me I asked if I could have a meal to go when I checked out in the morning. Sure enough, they had a nice morning meal ready for me to take with me. I look forward to my next visit to Casa Inn Queretaro.

To be such ab expensive place I was expecting a better experience. This is not the 1st time I use this hotel, but this time quality was not that good. Phones in the room did not work, no room service menu, no TV control. Finally they fixed, but under request.
