This hotel is in downtown... very convenient location. The rooms are big is like an old hacienda. The place is beautiful and iconic, clean and very basic, wifi is slow and customer service is terrible. The guy at the front desk was not to willing to help with luggage since they don't have a bellboy, so he want to happy lo help with it and the receptionist was sitting down most of the time when checking in and some other instances. There's no stafff but only 2 people at the front desk. There's no restaurant at this place neither they have coffee anywhere.

Great place. Takes you back to the past with a rustic meets modern look. The only complaint we had was that they didn’t invest much money on their beds.
