Holiday Inn Express San Juan Del Rio

This was a very noisy place anytime of the day or night you hear the beating and thumping of the businesses around you you can't sleep. Other than that it was not bad I just wish that they would consider having coffee all day and all evening and room service or meals in the evening because if you eat at USA wings that sets in front of this hotel you put yourself at risk of catching salmonella poisoning I did and I was sick for a week

Personnel at San Juan needs to understand what is to work for Holiday Inn and try to keep quality... Rooms start to be low quality and front desk help is random...

Everything was perfect, the staff is very friendly, the water has the perfect pressure and temperature, the beds and pillows are so comfortable, I'll definitely stay there again in my next trip to San Juan del Río

Room was fine a little small as usual for overnight hotels, people at reception is really nice and the weekend's buffet is really good.

The complete experience at the hotel was great, the rooms and the service felt excellent. There was only two main problems, the first one is the lack of a restaurant at the hotel, so i needed to look for ome that was near at night for dinner, the other problem was the temperature of the pool, it was incredible hot, i liked more being outside of the pool that being inside of it. I think they could have lower the temperature of the water to make it more comfortable.
