We bought a room in the month of December delydel 2019 by the end of March 2020 was already decoupling from the seams and the problem continues to advance. There is nowhere to complain due to the pandemic and time continues to move forward. Hopefully and in they can indicate that it proceeds.

To sell are excellent, the PROBLEM is in customer service and delivery ... Buy a dining room on November 17, 2019 and today 13February2020, I have NOT yet DELIVERED the dining room that pays ... Call attention to customer and it takes more than 20 minutes to answer, and since they answer you they only tell you that the personnel in charge (logistics) will call you .. and when they call you logistics they agree to deliver you on a date and they simply do not comply ... I am annoyed , and I feel SCAMED ... I am 4 days old THREE MONTHS I PAYED for a DINING ROOM in D'Europe Parque Puebla, and I DON'T DELIVER
