EXCELLENT CARE AND PROFESSIONALISM! Marveling !!!

Be very careful with this place! Very dangerous !!, they do not know how to properly handle their treatments !! And also a lack of incredible empathy with the patient! They do not know how to work the laser with the proper procedure !!! They burned me twice! The first time I was burned by Dr. Janin Gamboa Hernández in laser hair removal and the second time (the one that left horrible dark marks on my face and hips, which to date is not taken away from me). This was done by Dr. Rodolfo Cortéz Madrazo in a laser treatment to "supposedly" remove drooping eyelid and for "was supposed" to disappear stretch marks. And rather the stretch marks that previously had them whitish and somewhat transparent, with this procedure they left the dark coffee color to me horrible! This is almost three months ago. I do not know how I still call them "Doctors", because Doctor is supposed to be a person who uses previously successfully practiced methods for the welfare of others. But in this place they use their patients as Guinea Pigs, to practice experiments to see if they turn out. They also cover their mistakes among themselves and do not admit them or know how to solve them. After what happened to me, I went twice to this place and both times there were only excuses from the doctor, almost almost blaming my skin type for how it was !! They never clarified to me what was really what failed in this treatment, and that they even saw me crying, they only told me that these spots must be treated quickly with creams or with laser again, but they did not even deign to give me themselves the creams to depigment those areas that they themselves had damaged (of course it did not suit them), and when I told them that I was not going to continue with the treatment (for obvious reasons!) they did not even want to return the 10,000 pesos that I had paid in advance of this treatment consisting of 4 or more sessions, when I had only gone to a session, which had left me these nefarious results! I really did not have any confidence in these two frauds, and better I went to a doctor specialized in dermatology, who told me what had really happened to me and that the treatment to depigment those areas as big as hips and around eyes was long and that with luck it was going to take between 6 months or more with depigmenting creams at night and restructuring in the morning (not cheap at all). In addition to the sensitive and delicate state in which they left my skin, it would have got worse if they put me another laser, as in this clinic they had suggested to me. Also the dermatologist told me that in this class of laser treatments (following an adequate safety protocol) they should have done me before a full skin study (which they did not do to me there), for that the dermatologist told me that in this Clinic They acted unprofessionally and negligently. That is why I am calling all those who read this article, please do not expose yourself, do not expose your health in this unreliable place, I would not want someone else to experience the same thing that happens to me or to suffer what I am suffering from. the ineptitude and imprudence in this kind of Ghost Clinics. Preferably go to qualified and experienced dermatologists, people who know how different kinds of skin act and people who are prepared to act in case of emergencies. The performance of these doctors Rodolfo and Jasmine in this "clinic" is far from being the performance of real doctors, much EYE !! That today there are many who buy the title, you do not know who to trust! , because many call themselves doctors although they are rather mediocre apprentices, and are not qualified to face their mistakes, act with negligence, cover and deny their mistakes and in the end hide cowardly. With saying that I had to resort to a lawyer and even threatened to resort to CONAMED to get my money back from these frauds. A LOT OF CITIZENS! DO NOT LET YOURSELF BE DECEIVED AT YOUR HEALTH !!
