Hospital Los Pilares

Simple, clean hospital with adequate facilities. The attention from the health personnel, excellent. Adequate costs. The laboratory service is regular, since sometimes they do not have all the studies and there is no CT or MRI machine, the patient must be transferred for said studies.

Dr. Baldomero G. Zambrano Tobon. Attached to this hospital is a rude person, ill-mannered and with little tact to talk to his patients, he speaks with pure rudeness. And an incomplete diagnosis.

Good service and not that expensive. There I had my two children by caesarean section and everything without problems.

Terrible attention. I spoke by phone to confirm if they had an X-ray machine for an emergency of an elderly person and they confirmed that they did. Upon arriving at the place the guard tells me that the machine is not working and they cannot attend to me. He was more interested in serving the food delivery man than my family member. The receptionist only excuses herself saying that she did not know the status of the equipment because she just returned from vacation.

I had the need to go to the hospital emergency department, they treated me very well, I recommend just a little more order, and the orthopedist who treated me was excellent.
