Excellent service to my patient, they treated her well, very friendly staff starting with the guard who follows all security protocols. Very professional doctors.

Worse hospital, the lady at the reception is very neglected, very lazy, very careless, I was waiting for my account for about an hour, until I asked this lady and she told me that her printer did not work and that is why they could not give me my account , but while she was talking on the phone, she was eating and laughing on her phone, they even charge you for breathing in that hospital, the very bad nurses, they don't do their job well. The truth is the worst pay hospital here in Puebla. I hope and take action on the matter with this reception lady.
