Well, for the moment I can only say that the service has declined especially due to the fatal face-to-face and / or telephone attention by the female staff, they are very rude, they have no tact when responding, I know that we live a complicated situation with this pandemic but it is not a justification for their mistreatment, I urgently request the person in charge of the staff to speak with their elements since the truth is that if one responds badly to their rudeness, finally one turns out to be the aggressor.
