Great view. Service ok. The beer is pretty good (La Libertad). The Salmon is reallly nice. The decoration is basic, Cholula style. Almost 5 stars. They can improve in service.
Best place to have brunch just look at this two magnificent plates a milanesa and a concha this last one is like a cloud so fluffy and good and the meat was tender and flavorful. I had an orange juice with berrys also really good.
Beautifully presented food, very tasty bread! Portion was on the small side but everything else made up for it. Cool music, a nice view of the church and simple but cool interior.
Mmmm Rico....!!!!!
They recommended the semolina bread, but I didn't really like it, I expected something more, they have a bread that is a puff pastry filled with cheese and guava and I immediately asked for it expecting a delicious flavor, but what was my surprise, I found a muddy one of cheese and never found the guava. I have tried the cheese and guava danish from the globe and they are a delight, you can taste the cheese and guava very well, but in these semolina breads nothing to see, in semolina the piece costs $ 22 and in the balloon $ 26 and it is a abysmal difference in taste. I make the comparison because that filling I have always eaten in the balloon in the Danish. I paid $ 96 pesos for 4 loaves and the truth is that I wasted my money and my time, because personally I did not like them at all, the only redeemable thing is the flavor of the puff pastry, that is good, but the fillings are not at all, In my personal opinion I did not like it, of course there are people who do, that's why I got there, by recommendation, but the truth is I did not like it, the breads look appetizing, but I will not buy or recommend again
